§ Mr. GammansOne hundred and seventeen applications are outstanding, but I hope that this number will be reduced when new plant becomes available early in the New Year. Heavy traffic at the exchange has caused a deterioration in service, but additional junction cables have recently been provided and this should considerably improve the service.
