HC Deb 07 December 1953 vol 521 c187W
Colonel Clarke

asked the Minister of Agriculture whether he is aware of the damage to fences and loss of amenity sustained by the owner of Forge Farm, Groombridge, owing to climbers using the rocks on the adjoining land belonging to the Forestry Commission; and if he will endeavour to arrange a settlement of the issues involved on lines equitable to all parties.

Sir T. Dugdale

I understand that my hon. and gallant Friend has discussed this matter with a representative of the Commission and that it is hoped that arrangements acceptable to all parties can be made.
