§ 53. Mr. W. T. Williamsasked the Minister of Labour when he will introduce regulations under Section 60 of the Factories Act, 1937, to deal in particular with machinery, intended for sale as a product of a factory, which is of such a nature as to cause risk of bodily injury to persons employed in the factory.
