asked the Minister of Education whether she will give the names of the two comprehensive schools now open which possess the highest and lowest numbers of pupils, and give the numbers, respectively.

The two schools concerned are the Peckham County Secondary Girls' School, Camberwell, and the Park field County Secondary School, Potter's Bar, which had 1,256 and 681 pupils on roll respectively in January, 1953.
