Maxwell FyfeAt the instance of the Home Office, the attention of the clubs concerned has been drawn by their national associations to the importance of taking measures for the safety of spectators attending floodlit football matches, in particular by installing emergency lighting. I have no information to suggest that the clubs concerned are failing to take precautions, and on present information I see no grounds for legislation in the sense suggested by the hon. Member.
