asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs by whom Her Majesty's Government is represented at the meeting of the inter-Governmental Committee for European Migration which is taking place this month in Geneva; when he hopes to receive a full report of this meeting; and when he will be in a position to announce the Government's policy in regard to this organisation.

The acting Head of the United Kingdom Permanent Delegation in Geneva is representing Her Majesty's Government as an observer at this meeting. I hope to receive a report of the proceedings shortly after the conclusion of the meeting. Her Majesty's Government's policy in regard to this organisation remains as stated in my reply to the right hon. Gentleman the Member for Derby, South (Mr. Noel-Baker) on 17th December last.
