asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will ascertain from the Organisation for European Economic Co-operation which member countries have been able to deration sugar since the end of the war, and which still maintain the rationing of this commodity.

No. This is a matter which falls within the sovereign responsibilities of the Governments of other countries.
