Mr. Parkerasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he is aware that land available in Romford for housing, both council and private, is not sufficient to meet the present needs of Romford residents; and what guidance he has given the council in regard to their insisting upon first preference for Romford residents when allotting licences to private builders.
