§ Mr. LytteltonYes, I am aware of the advice tendered to Her Majesty by the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council in this case. There is no question of Colonial Governments seeking the advice of the Judiciary on executive matters. The advice tendered by the Judicial Committee represents their decision on an application for leave to appeal to Her Majesty in Council from a judgment of the courts of Northern Rhodesia.
