HC Deb 01 April 1953 vol 513 c150W
65. Mr. R. Robinson

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether the most recent anti-tuberculosis drugs, as used in the United States of America, are now available in the West Indies.

Mr. Lyttelton

Adequate supplies of the new drugs of proved value such as streptomycin, para-ammo-salicylic acid and iso-nicotinic acid hydrazid are available in the United Kingdom for use in the West Indian territories, but I have no information about the extent of their use.
