236W
§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterI would remind the right hon. Gentleman that provision has been made in this year's Finance Act for new allowances to be given for tax purposes in respect of certain kinds of expenditure incurred by mining concerns, including expenditure on abortive exploration outside the source being worked. I cannot anticipate at this stage whether any further action may prove necessary or desirable.
