§ 63. Mr. Haymanasked the First Lord of the Admiralty what was the cost of laying the road over requisitioned land to Polgwidden Cove on the Helford River; and what is the estimated cost of restoring the land to agricultural use.
§ Mr. DigbyI understand that the cost to the Exchequer of building this road was of the order of £14,000. This does not include the cost of widening and improving the road, which was done by the United States Army.
