§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterI think there is some misunderstanding. Release dates have always been fixed by direct agreement between the users, and not by the Central Office. Within the last few days the users have failed to agree about the release time of some official newsreel material. The Central Office for the first time has had to fix a date, but no such conditions as the hon. Member suggests were imposed.
