§ Mr. H. StraussI would remind my hon. and gallant Friend that the matter to which he refers is only one of the many questions dealt with in the Report of the Copyright Committee published last week. Legislation would be required to give effect to the recommendations made on this subject and others, and the Report is being carefully considered.
