§ Mr. R. A. ButlerAs I informed hon. Members on 10th March in reply to my hon. and gallant Friend the Member for Wembley, North (Wing Commander Bullus) I have taken steps to make it clear to the banks that in applying their advances policy they should give full weight to the importance of agricultural production. I am confident that the banks are co-operating fully in carrying out the Government's policy in this respect.
