§ Miss HorsbrughI have nothing to add to the information given in Administrative Memorandum 425 and Circular 252 of which I sent the hon. Member a copy last July. The only further discussions held between my Department, university authorities and local education authorities have been concerned with methods of selection and not with standard figures of maintenance.
