§ 104. Mr. Ian Harveyasked the Assistant Postmaster-General whether he will make arrangements in the Middlesex area for the morning postal delivery to take place at an hour which will enable those travelling to London to work to obtain their letters before they leave home.
§ Mr. GammansThe first delivery in urban areas of Middlesex is due to finish by 9.15 a.m.; in rural areas the finishing time may be later. Earlier completion of the delivery would mean extra manpower which cannot, I regret, be justified.
