§ Major Lloyd GeorgeThe calculation was based on a comparison between total deliveries to wholesalers, amounting to 35,300 tons, and total entitlement, provisionally estimated at 38,800 tons for the period. I regret it is not possible to analyse these figures by areas or classes of persons.
