§ Mr. J. FosterThe reduction of 78 posts was made in the financial year ended April, 1951. In the financial year ended April, 1952, a net reduction of a further 18 posts was made. The changes were spread over all grades of staff and a number of different sections. I am sending the hon. Member an explanatory summary.
