Hutchinsonasked the Minister of Health whether he will consider making special grants to doctors required to give one year's service as house surgeons on qualification in cases where 39W such doctors have served in Her Majesty's Forces and for that reason are in a higher age group than is normally the case, and in cases where such doctors have family responsibilities.
