§ Mr. SandysIt is expected that the rate of import of steel will increase somewhat during the third quarter of this year. At the same time there should be some increase in the weekly rate of steel production at home. However, since the third quarter includes the summer holiday period, the total steel supplies for the quarter will be slightly less than they were in the second quarter.
