Maxwell FyfeThe information which I have from the police does not confirm that the speed limit is constantly exceeded in Kilburn Lane, and in neither of the two accidents to children during this month in which motor vehicles were involved was there any evidence of excessive speed. The police will, however, give all possible attention to the road.
