§ 50. Mr. Callaghanasked the Minister of Food if, in view of the continual complaint of South Wales fish friers that Irish potatoes are not suited to their needs, he will consider granting permits to buy Lincolnshire potatoes to those friers who are prepared to pay a surcharge.
