§ Sir T. DugdaleThe Agricultural Wages Act, 1948, specifically provides that in fixing, cancelling or varying any minimum rates the Agricultural Wages Board shall not be limited to the consideration of any particular matter. The provisions of earlier legislation which prescribed certain considerations that had to be taken into account were repealed.
