§ Mr. GammansI am informed by the B.B.C. that the amounts spent by the Corporation on the General Overseas Service cannot be separated from the cost of the overseas English services as a whole. The latter comprise the general overseas service, the supplementary North America service, other special regional programmes complementary to the General Overseas Service and the colonial services.
