§ 58. Mr. Ernest Daviesasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs by what sum it is proposed to increase the grant-in-aid to the British Broadcasting Corporation to meet the cost of its anti-jamming measures.
§ Mr. NuttingAs my right hon. Friend stated on 2nd April in reply to my hon. Friend the Member for Stratford (Mr. Profumo), anti-jamming measures will not be financed at the expense of existing services. The extent to which it may be necessary to increase the grant-in-aid to meet the cost of these measures cannot yet be estimated.
