Orr-Ewingasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Defence whether, in view of the recent curtailment of civil and military air services through shortage of petrol, he will give an assurance that stocks are adequate to maintain air transport activity at the level needed by our defence forces should a national emergency arise.
