§ 131. Mr. Shurmerasked the President of the Board of Trade if he is aware of the concern in the Birmingham jewellery industry as a result of the import of coronation medals, brooches and badges into this country by German and Japanese manufacturers; and, in view of the unemployment in that industry in Birmingham, what steps he is taking to stop these imports.
