§ Mr. LytteltonIt is proposed to hold a further conference in the last quarter of this year, to review the draft federal scheme produced by the Conference which has just ended, in the light of public discussion and of the Reports of the three Commissions—Fiscal, Judicial and Civil Service Preparatory—which it has been agreed to appoint.
The place has not been decided, but it will probably be in Central Africa.
