Wakefieldasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government if he is aware that a site by Cosway Street, St. Marylebone, is being used as a parking place for coaches contrary to the Town and Country Planning Act; that such use is strongly objected to by the St. Marylebone Borough Council and local residents; and what action he is proposing to take.
§ Mr. MarplesMy right hon. Friend understands that the use of this land as a parking place was permitted on a temporary basis up to the end of March; and that an application is being made to the London County Council for an extension of the permission. Pending the decision of the Council my right hon. Friend can make no comment.
