Mr. Footasked the Secretary of State for War how far his Department is responsible for the Drake Institute and the Garrison Church, Devonport; and, since these war-shattered buildings are eyesores to the public in their present condition, when he proposes to take steps either to reinstate or remove the remains of such buildings.
