§ Mr. Osborneasked the Secretary for Overseas Trade, as representing the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, if he will instruct his representatives on the Rubber Study Group in Ottawa, to raise the question of the selling price of 23c. per pound, which has been fixed for synthetic rubber, and the effect this is likely to have upon the sales and price realised for natural rubber.
