§ Miss HorsbrughI have nearly completed my consultations with the various denominational and secular bodies concerned with the voluntary schools, and I have every hope of being able to bring forward proposals which, without altering the framework of the Education Acts, will ease the unexpected difficulties experienced by the denominations in practice since the passing of the Act of 1944.
