§ Sir T. DugdaleIt has now been decided that the existing scales and conditions of subsidy will continue unchanged until 31st July. As regards the position after that date I cannot at present add to the reply given on 28th February to my hon. Friends the Members for Banff (Mr. Duthie) and St. Ives (Mr. G. R. Howard).
