§ 113. Mr. W. W. Astorasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware that, from 31st March, the freedom of the staffs of hospitals to choose their representatives on joint consultative committees will be restricted by the requirement that they can only elect persons who are members of nationally-recognised negotiating bodies; and whether he will take immediate steps to continue their existing freedom in the selection of their representatives.
