§ Sir W. MoncktonOf 1,794 disabled persons registered at local offices in the borough and rural district of Newcastle-under-Lyme, 150 were unemployed at 18th February, 1952, including 28 severely disabled persons classified as unlikely to obtain employment except under sheltered conditions.
