§ Mr. EcclesWhile occupying Departments are responsible for their own cleaning arrangements, my Ministry advises on the use of appliances and supplies mechanical cleaners and polishers for Government buildings where the size and condition make their use appropriate. I am advised that these appliances are being used in adequate numbers.
