HC Deb 14 March 1952 vol 497 cc167-8W
Mr. G. Roberts

asked the Assistant Postmaster General if he will further inquire into the position with regard to telephones in the parish of Botwnnog in the county of Caernarvon where the large number of residents now awaiting telephones have been informed that no further installations can be made.

Mr. Gammans

There are not enough spare lines in this area to meet all outstanding applications, but it is not the case that no further installations can be made. In fact, eight applications are at present being met, and four are being investigated.
