§ 37. Mr. Stewardasked the Secretary for Overseas Trade, as representing the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, in view of the proposed reduction of certain stocks of raw materials, if he will consult with the members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation in order to ensure that no overall shortage of any particular commodity takes place.
§ Mr. HopkinsonInternational action to secure the more equitable distribution of scarce raw materials is a matter primarily for the International Materials Conference, to which it is the policy of Her Majesty's Government to give full support.
