§ 68. Mr. T. Priceasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he is aware that the publication of the Register of Electors annually on 15th March causes great inconvenience to all concerned in the conduct of county council elections; and if he will meet this difficulty by arranging that, in future, the new register shall be published not later than 15th February each year.
§ Sir D. Maxwell FyfeLegislation would be necessary to give effect to this suggestion, and I am advised that there are very serious objections to it from the printers' point of view.
