§ Mr. R. A. ButlerIf a post-war credit holder, having reached the qualifying age, makes an application for payment but dies before it is received, it is made to his estate. If no application was made, the legal personal representatives may have the post-war credits transferred to themselves or to any other person, but payment of the credit can be made only if the transfer is to a beneficiary of the estate, and then not until the beneficiary has reached the qualifying age.
