asked the Minister of Fuel and Power whether, before next winter, he will take steps to consult with the Meteorological Office about the possibility of improving the criterion for assessing the sub-division of the country into zones for the allocation of domestic fuel, with a view to improving the present arbitrary division which leads to undue hardship in certain areas.
