§ 63. Mr. Emrys Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what proposals he intends placing before the Disarmament Commission of the United Nations Organisation as an alternative to those of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
§ Mr. NuttingI would refer the hon. Member to the draft resolution tabled by His late Majesty's Govermnent, together with the Governments of France and the United States, at the recent session of the United Nations General Assembly, the text of which was circulated as Cmd. 8414. This was approved by the General Assembly with minor modifications.
