§ 78. Mr. G. Thomasasked the Minister of Supply the number of firms in Wales which have received contracts in connection with the re-armament programme; and whether he is taking steps to ensure that small firms in the Principality receive a fair share of such contracts.
§ Mr. SandysSome 250 firms in Wales have received direct contracts from the Ministry of Supply. In regard to the second part of the Question, I would refer the hon. Member to the reply which I gave to the hon. Member for Croydon, West (Mr. Thompson), on 4th February.
