§ Mr. Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department the reasons submitted by the Poisons Board for their advice against the introduction of legislation making it legally obligatory upon manufacturers of dangerous drugs, poisons, and the like, to have an antidote printed in label form on the bottles, jars or receptacles containing these dangerous products.
