§ Mr. Iain MacleodI have seen this statement and, while I accept the need for the best possible allocation of expenditure within the Health Service, and for giving the general practitioner his proper place, I cannot accept all the statements made or the conclusions based on them. I have, of course, continuously under review the general question of increasing the efficiency and economy of the Service.
