§ Mr. Geoffrey LloydThe National Coal Board had a contractual obligation to repatriate certain of the Italian workers. The circumstances which made repatriation necessary were described by the National Coal Board in a statement to the Press on 15th May, and I am sending my hon. and gallant Friend a copy.
