§ The Attorney-GeneralI assume that the hon. Member is referring to the difficulties experienced in enforcing maintenance orders in the High Court by means of judgment summons. My noble Friend the Lord Chancellor is considering what steps can be taken to improve and reduce the cost of the existing procedure.
