§ Mr. SandysI regret that the state of steel supplies makes it impossible for me to increase the allocations made to the manufacturers of hacksaw and bandsaw blades for the third quarter of the year. Allocations for the fourth quarter have not yet been fixed. The import of blades by industry is on a very small scale.
