§ Mr. Wheatleyasked the Minister of Labour what provisions are to be made by way of accommodation, expenses, etc., for trainees from Edinburgh and the surrounding district who will require to go to Hillington for training when the Government training centre at Granton is closed.
§ Sir W. MoncktonTrainees who live within daily travelling distance will receive travelling expenses. Others will be found lodgings by the Ministry and will receive the usual rates of allowances paid under the Government Vocational Training Scheme to trainees who have to leave home for training.
